Tina is a native of Southern Indiana with more than 23 years in health care. She has been a Registered Nurse for 19 years, Advanced Registered Nurse Practitioner for 10 Years and is certified by the American Nurses Credentialing Center as an Adult Nurse Practitioner.
She has received Aesthetic training in Botox; dermal fillers; sclerotherapy; microdermabrasion; chemical peel training. To stay on the cutting edge of technology in treatment advances, she has participated in numerous continuing education programs. In addition to licensure continuing education requirements, she has attended the World Congress of Anti-Aging Medicine on several occasions.
She is a certified provider of Syneron equipment used for permanent hair reduction, photorejuvenation, skin tightening, wrinkle reduction, velaShape, acne and vascular treatments. In addition to the technological trainings, she has been extensively educated in regard to facial products and procedures. Also procedural training has been in the revolutionary treatment for body sculpting of targeted areas of fat, Lipodissolve.

Rachel is a licensed Esthetician in both the State of Indiana and Kentucky and a graduate of The Hair design school. She has received extensive training on the pharmaceutical grade ingredients that make up Azure's lines of Cosmeceuticals. Rachel joins us from Dermessentials Dermatology practice.
Rachel is highly qualified and dedicated to providing superior skin care services and products by assisting men and women of all ages to obtain and maintain healthy skin. Her approach is to listen to her client’s skin care needs and to work together with them to set realistic goals to develop a skin care plan that will give each individual his or her desired results.

Mike has been practicing massage therapy since 1976 and is a National and Indiana Certified Massage Therapist. He graduated a comprehensive Massage Therapy Program at Ivy Tech Community College. He taught massage and health sciences classes there for 5 years, and attends ongoing trainings and workshops.
Mike is an All American track and field athlete who has won numerous State, National and International championships. He understands the therapeutic needs of the competitive athlete as well as the weekend warrior.
Mike specializes in deep tissue, sports, and relaxation/Swedish massage. Mike has extensive knowledge and credentials in the field of wellness and is also certified in personal training, tai chi, and diabetes prevention. He has published numerous articles, led wellness workshops, and was the founding director of an innovative wellness program for the State of Kentucky.
