If your arrival is late, your service(s) may need to be shortened or adjusted to accommodate our schedule and other guests. We ask that all cell phones be turned off while in the spa and that you leave valuables at home, as we are not responsible for lost or stolen items. For the protection and safety of your child and to ensure a quiet environment for our guests, children are not permitted in the spa. GRATUITIES Are at the discretion of the guest. for quality service they are typically 15 to 20%. our licensed professionals always appreciate gratuities. our spa coordinators will be glad to provide you with envelopes. GIFT CERTIFICATES Always the right size, available online, not redeemable for cash lost or stolen gift certificates are not refundable.
